General Description
«EuroPartner» it is air seeder machine, designed to be hitch and aggregated with tractors, with a tractive power from 130 kWt. and more, equipped with PTO shaft and power hydraulic system distributor.
Designed for:
- continuous sowing of legumes, small-seeded, row crops and other crops with with simultaneous soil fertilization;
- soil surface tillage to a depth of 12 cm;
- add of soil fertilizers to a depth up to 12 cm.

The seeding machine (figure 1) consist of following units:
- Hopper
- Hopper loading auger
- Cultivator
- Pneumatic conveying system
- Hydraulic system
- Seeding control electronic system.

The hopper (Figure 2) transports and dispenses seed and fertilizers.
The auger is used to load the hopper with seeds and fertilizers.

Four types of implements (see Figure 3) are sequentially installed on the cultivator:
- On the cultivator mounted lancet paws. Paw designed for loosens the soil and cuts weeds, forms a sowing recess and sows seeds under the lancet paw;
- Single row spring harrow – destroys the soil crust and combing weeds;
- Press wheels – roll and tight the soil over the seeds;
- Striegel – leveling and mulch the soil behind the seeder.
Pneumatic conveying system (see Figure 3) moves seeds and fertilizers by air flow, from the hopper to the cultivation(under lancet paws) by pressure air flow. The fan produce air flow and driven by the tractor PTO shaft.

The hydraulic system ensures operation of the hydraulic power cylinders and the hydraulic motor of the loading auger. Seeder hydraulic system connected to the external outlets of tractor hydraulic system.
The electronic system controls the most important parameters of the sowing process.
